Core Beliefs
Here at FCU we believe the whole Bible is the inspired Word of God. We believe in One God revealed as three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus is the Son of God who became flesh and through his death and resurrection became the Saviour of the World. We believe that JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN (John 14:6)
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in every believer. We believe he is our Comforter, that he Leads, Guides, Directs and Teaches us the truth of the inspired Word of God. We believe in all of the
Gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12)
We believe that Jesus is preparing a place for us to live and to rule and reign with him forevermore.
We believe there is a Heaven and there is also a Hell. Those who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour will find eternity with him in Heaven. Those who reject his sacrifice and forgiveness of sin and refuse to follow him will find their eternity in Hell.
